I connect business reality with the people who need to make it work. We do not need to agree on everything. Different perspectives often help us see what matters. What we need is enough shared understanding to make clear choices, take responsibility and move forward.
That is how we create clearer choices, stronger ownership, less unnecessary complexity and more room to lead.
Meet Christina Freiberg Rasmussen - the person behind VildaVia
My background spans leadership, business transformation, organisational change and finance.
I started my career in finance and later moved into leadership and complex transformation across functions, countries and cultures.
For more than 10 years, I worked in a global organisation, with experience spanning complex transformation across 31 countries. It taught me that strong business decisions and successful change cannot be separated from the people who have to make them work.
Today, I bring those perspectives together to help leaders and organisations turn direction into something that works in practice.
Clear, pragmatic and human
I care about people. And I care about the business.
I listen carefully, bring different perspectives into the conversation and challenge assumptions when useful. I seek to understand before solving and simplify before adding.
Change can be demanding. I believe there should still be room for curiosity, energy and even some fun along the way.
